HOW TO CUSTOMIZE YOUR ZONEPRO BANNER
CREATE YOUR ARTWORK
Before you design the artwork for your custom ZonePro banner, there are a few things to consider:
Consider the ZonePro product type you have chosen: Is it a dual-canister or a single-canister unit?
If it's a single canister unit, consider your canister orientation: Will your canister be mounted on the left or right side?
Consider your banner size: Will your finished banner expand to 8', 10' or 12'?
Consider how many sides you are printing on: Will your banner be single-sided or double-sided?
Once you have considered all of those factors, use the file specifications below to create your mechanicals.

* ARTWORK FILE SPECIFICATIONS IN DETAIL
• A 1.5” Bleed Area (on all sides = 3” total) beyond the TRIM
• A 7” Safe Area on the canister/lead side from the TRIM
• A 3” Safe Area on the opposite side/tail of the spool from the TRIM
• A 3” Safe Area on the top from the TRIM
• A 3” Safe Area on the bottom from the TRIM
** SAFETY AREA AND CANISTER ORIENTATION CONSIDERATIONS
If you plan to have your canister on the LEFT
Please make sure that 7" of your safety area is on the LEFT side from the TRIM line.
This is necessary to allow for the extra fabric that will spool inside the canister.
If you plan to have your canister on the RIGHT
Please make sure that 7" of your safety area is on the RIGHT side from the TRIM line.
This is necessary to allow for the extra fabric that will spool inside the canister that will not be seen when the ZonePro is installed.
FOLLOW THESE GUIDELINES
In order for your custom ZonePro banner to print nice and sharp, please make sure that you follow all of the guidelines provided below. These guidelines help your artwork to get processed as quickly and as smoothly as possible, and give the best possible result on the final printed version.
CHOOSE CMYK, NOT RGB
For printing, CMYK colors are used to achieve the best representation of your artwork. All RGB colors must be checked and converted to CMYK. If your files are not is RBG mode the colors be dull and lifeless.
ACCEPTED FILE TYPES
SUBMIT THE PROPER FILE TYPE
We prefer vector-based files when possible, but do accept raster-based file types as well. Please make sure to outline your type in your layout before submitting your final art.
MAKE SURE YOUR FILE IS HIGH RESOLUTION
Finished artwork with photographs and/or full-color
backgrounds, must be 100PPI at their final print size.
