HOW TO CUSTOMIZE YOUR ZONEPRO BARRIER
DOWNLOAD YOUR BARRIER TEMPLATE
Before you choose the proper template(s) for your custom ZonePro barrier, there are a few things to consider:
Consider the ZonePro product type you have chosen: is it a dual-canister or a single-canister unit?
If it's a single canister unit, consider your canister orientation: Will your canister be mounted on the left or right side?
Consider your template size: Will your finished barrier expand to 8', 10' or 12'?
Consider how many sides you are printing on:Will your barrier be single-sided or double sided?
Once you have considered all of those factors, choose the barrier template that is right for you, and click the link to download the template.

PREPARE YOUR ARTWORK
In order for your custom ZonePro barrier to print nice and sharp, please make sure that you follow all of the guidelines provided below. These guidelines your artwork get processed as quickly and as smoothly as possible, and give the best possible result on the final printed version.
COLOR GUIDELINES
CHOOSE CMYK, NOT RGB
For printing, CMYK colors are used to achieve the best representation of your artwork. All RGB colors must be checked and converted to CMYK. If your files are not is RBG mode the colors be dull and lifeless.
ACCEPTED FILE TYPES
SUBMIT THE PROPER FILE TYPE
We prefer vector-based files when possible, but do accept raster-based file types as well. Please make sure to outline your type in your layout before submitting your final art.
RESOLUTION GUIDELINES
MAKE SURE YOUR FILE IS HIGH RESOLUTION
Finished artwork with photographs and/or full-color
backgrounds, must be 100PPI at their final print size.
For example, a 144” X 36” piece of artwork must be
14400 pixels x 3600 pixels. (PPI = Pixels Per Inch)
UPLOAD YOUR ARTWORK
Once your artwork is complete, simply .zip your final files and upload them.
Please note that there are two ways to upload your art.
